April Lockhart
April Lockhart is a born on July 4th in 1995. In the seventh grade, she started taking piano and guitar lessons. That ignited her enthusiasm to write songs. At the age of seven April started taking guitar and piano lessons. This ignited her interest to write songs. When April was 14 years old, she spent an enormous amount of time making song concepts as well as perfecting the song. Then, in the following months, April began to go on trips with her dad and to write songs in NY as well as LA. April included other subjects in her hit song"Take my Hand. These topics included topics for her friends who dealt with issues such as peer pressure and disabilities, or even teenage suicidal thinking. Lockhart, a popular lifestyle influencer as well as having partnerships with brands that are clean and healthy like Ilia she has gained her own fan base. Her birthplace didn't come having a left-handed hand, which is what makes her what she is. However, that's not the whole story. Lockhart's Instagram account doesn't ignore her handicap. It also doesn't emphasize her disability. The point? The message? We are all multifaceted, and that our physical and identity selves are not all that they appear. Lockhart, via video message sent from her Nashville home, states that I don't wish for that to be a part of me. I'm far more than just my physical self. The fact that she is a disability influencer doesn't impact my everyday life. Everything is normal and I've learned how to adjust. In addition, I see it to be a vital part of myself. Self-acceptance is a long marathon however Lockhart truly inspires me in this regard. She admits that she has gone through phases of being uncomfortable with her physique and being uneasy wearing certain clothing styles which exposed her arms. Nowadays, she dresses anything she likes and uploads images of her outfits to social networks with a sense of pride. Self-love, she says, is a process. "I don't think you will ever be in that place," she said. It's true for all regardless of their level of insecurity. It's essential to surround yourself with people who are able to see and know your true heart.
