Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows and all in between. I moved to America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story for you were it not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I worked hard to be their proudest and had a clear vision for the success. I believed my life would be the same way as I graduated from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then get married and start with a family. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Although the salary and position was good, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. It was more like I was doing nothing but wasting time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with others led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own business. Few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. I strive to be a change maker in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they can reach the goals they set, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. While my career was taking the air I also lost my mom. It was the most devastating of them everything. In Heaven she is now in peace after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory about her each day. If you don't realize it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. My Mom's passing changed me in many ways, and I believe my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to live a full and happy life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, instead of just being. The purpose of telling my story is to inform you that you're not the only one. I hope that you feel that love is real and that a therapy session can be regular. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. My hope is to live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, since that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
